Heavenly Sydney!

That was that remark of  Mark Driscoll in one of his lectures in Sydney at the beginning of September.  And I have been here for almost four weeks. Apart from spending some time with my family here, I have been busy visiting Christian bookstores eg Koroong and Moore Books. I have also attended seminar on  Evangelism and Ministry at the St Andrew’s Cathedral and the main speakers were Mark Driscoll, DA Carson and R Kent Hughes.  Bible Studies in the middle of a very busy city at noon is another great ministry by St Andrew’s Cathedral. Here tourists and office workers could take a break and listen to solid teaching by Philip Jensen, the Dean of the Cathedral. Today Philip Jensen spoke on the Romans 1:1-7 and stressed on what the gospel is and who is Jesus Christ. This will a long series of lectures on Romans for the next two months.
